Production starts once we receive: ① your final approved design and fabric choice; ② your approved quotation; ③ the completed order form (quantities, sizes, names, shipping info); ④ payment. Design and sample sign-off come first, so what you approve is exactly what we produce.

Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) inside out, with like colors. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low or hang dry in shade, and remove promptly. Do not iron on printed areas — if needed, iron inside out on low heat only, and never over the heat-pressed neck label. Do not dry clean. For laced-collar styles (N6/N8), secure the laces before washing to avoid snagging. All our fabrics (220g pique, 200g large square mesh, 160g rice mesh, 160gsm mesh) are 100% polyester with full sublimation prints — proper care keeps your colors sharp game after game.

If you receive any defective or incorrect items, send us photos and your order number and we will arrange free replacement. Our jerseys use sublimation printing (crack- and fade-resistant) with moisture-wicking fabric, built for game after game.
